I would think that even with that 1 bulb you have to much heat with that lid on.Try and just hang bulb over and let some air move.You can manage your humidity with spraying when needed.Also did you use any hormone solution,scrape stems,or follow any kind of cloning method?Has that set up worked before?INMO I would get a cheap air pump and convert it to a small bubble cloner.

I use a botanicare 25 site.Which is nothing more then water pump and spray tips and do very well.I also take multiple steps in my method and use some additives.I have never cloned any other way either,so what do I know.I do know I built 9 site 5 gal bucket cloner for around 30 bucks and it works great.Every one use pvc ,but I use 1/2 inch hydro tubing and the tips screw in easy with no leaks.Small 1/2 tubing and I dont need a big pump.I only went 9 for my own reasons,but could make it fit more ,depending on how much spacing between your holes you want.I could post pics tomorrow if anyone is interested.

Have you looked into an ultrasonic fogger? Ive just built a germination setup using one which works great n from what i hear they are good for cloning as well. they get a lil warm in the water but it hasnt affected my germination any. water chillers or a seperate res that pumps it thru to main res can help this. oh yeah n theyre fairly cheap like 15 bucks. avoid the ones with led lights.
