my 2 females 2 1/2weeks in flowering

i have to handle them alot.i try not to,but it gets hot and i have to get in there and move the light.i brush up againest the top buds some times.there are days that is 86F so i try an bring the temps down to like 82F to 84F.

how long before hravest.i was thinking that i need to get ready to flush soon.not to sure
