watering by hand, 32oz every 12 hours or when the cube feels dry
first thing, plants as big as yours should already be in soil in pot, assuming you don't want to go hydro. curling leaves are often caused by overwatering, and given your schedule you are definitely using too much too often. you should water thouroughly, then wait until the soil (if thats the way you go) is dry down a couple of inches. then repeat. you'll end up watering every three or so days .watering twice a day will kill your plants

i do want to go hydro, the pump broke and i havent replaced yet, thats why ive been watering by hand. i was told i could leave em in the rockwool cubes and i didnt have to transplant them.

some people do use rockwool for the whole grow, but personally i prefer soil as it is very forgiving of small mistakes. even without soil, if you're keeping those clones in the original containers then you need to transplant for more space. EDIT - One gallon of pot size for every foot you want the plant to grow to.

i know you can transplant from rockwool to soil but since i haven't done it i can't give you good advice.

What you have there is "The Claw". I forgot the technical term.

These are a few issues that causes "the claw"
ph issues
rootbound
suffocating the leaves (usually with a foliar spray or heat)
Nitrogen and/or general overnute.

If you are going hydro, then there is not enough o2. If in soil then its overwatering. I just recently had the claw on my girls, it was due to the air stones clogging. Check your PH and Rockwool is a big water retainer, so don't water often. I would hurry and put them in a proper home.

If you are somewhat knowledgeable, go for the hydro setup. Its fun to see them grow fast! My hydro setup was about $200 with everything and it is great!!

Take a look at my sig link.
