my 1 week old leaves are turning yellow I am using miracle grow and there is little bugs in it is this bad and ihave a cheap flouresent light hanging about 3 inches abov iv heard this can be nute bur what is this? i need help fast!!!!

I would definitely say little bugs are bad.

I guarantee its not the cheap soil unless your using that bull shit moisture control, and any light will work , its not nute burned from miracle grow time released,
