Mutation, handicapped or just plain ugly?

Clone 3 1/2 weeks transplanted. Lights 18 on 6 off, metal halide. Peyote wifi cloned off a female plant a week and a half into flower. Sohum live soil, no nutrients. Topped and lst. She is growing bud sights off of fan leaves and single leafs are forming at the top new growth. Plus she's damn ugly. Does anyone know what's going on? Is it an early hermie? I guess there was a lot of stress during rooting (told to me later). A friend has the same clone not topped or any lst and looks similar. Any input is appreciated. Oh and my friends plant where clone was taken from has no issues, flowering as I mentioned before.

Looks like some sorta reverse reveg lol. Like it saw some 12 hour dark at one point, maybe a power outage and it wanted to flower but instead it's now revegging?

Thats a reveg. Itll be mutated for a bit. Ive been looking into doing this. Monster cropping is another name for it I believe
