Mutated Leaves?!?!?!?? My plant looks disgusting

I have a plant outside that was started indoors for two months in 24 hour light. I put it outside but it started to flower due to the light change. As days lengthened it reverted back, and ever since i saw signs of it reverting back, leaves have been doing some wierd stuff. Some of them split in half down the stem (i wish i had a camera to show you exactly what is happening cause it looks gross), some have wierd numbers of leaves (ie 1, 2 or 4), some have all the leaf sets pulling in and over lapping and its making the plant look awful.

I have it in straight peat moss with dolomite lime and fox farm marine cuisine mixed in. Im also using fox farm grow big at the moment, but its been raining so much i havent given water with the grow big to it in a while.

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about leaves mutating like this and it's effects/causes, im sure it came from the stress of reverting back but idk if it could be deficiency or heat stress. My friend said he had a plant in st crioux that had wierd leaves like that and the buds were lanky and awful so anyone else have any experience like this?

Those weird leaves are normal for a plant that is reverting back to the vegetative stage......in time you will get normal growth......

gooooooooooooood. anyone have a personal experience because the way the buds are dying back and the leaves are sprouting off the stem, it looks as if the buds could be lanky and shitty

That would be strain dependent in my opinion. I have acouple plant reverting back that I harvested the buds off of and they are now taking off. Dirrtyd

Thats normal.......if there is buds still on the plant when you are revegging they will start to stretch and look ugly.....

Yea, i really think it's just the stress from reverting back to veg. How long do you think it will be til normal growth starts?

Depending on where your plants are it will probably take another week to a couple weeks to start growing the normal leaves but growth has probably already started. Also pick off the small buds when they die or they can cause a few problems.

Hey Uvalax sounds like jcdws602 is an IDIOT! Take your plants and turn them upside and shake them into the Garbage. Then go online and buy yourself some guaranteed FEMALE seeds and start again!
Damn your so smart....!!!! ???? Bless us with a detailed awesome response like this one again ,but of what I said that makes me an idiot.......????

Happened to a large sativa I grew, the buds stretched and eventually they started to grow again. Unfortunately the plant was overturned and the roots devoured in september, probably a black bear or big deer. The 10 gallon bucket was pretty heavy, especially when watered.

I have had many go back to vegging and it seems like most of them take 3 to 4 weeks of some weird stuff before they straighten out and take off again. They will be fine. Good Luck
