mutant plant didn't grow - isn't flowering

planted 5 lemon haze from the same seed bank, all treated the same from seed to near harvest. 3 plants well over 7' high beautiful thick trees 1 is about 4' and the last one is about 10" high and never flowered though it looks very healthy. The shrimp actually got the front of the south facing plot. Should I try to bring it inside and try to force to flower? We had to put a tomato cage around her so we wouldn't step on it! you can see the different sizes in pic 3

can't be root rot, look how green the leaves are. it looks like a perfectly healthy plant that is only a month or two old. that is why I think it might be able to come inside, put the lights on for 13-14 hours and let it vegetate some more then try to go to 12/12 in a while.

I would try that, but I would just rip it out if i was you...girl friend agrees too. But that's just us. You could just let it go, sun is free, and there is nothing like fresh genetics
