Mushrooms growing out of soil, good or bad?

I found a mushroom spore sprouting out of the soil in my oregano container that i keep in my grow box with my other plants. This is the only container that has one and it has been covered by a ziploc bag with one hole punched in it for ventilation. Is this a good or bad thing for my other plants in there? Ive had similar mushrooms grow in the containers of plants outside but never any indoors. Should i be worried?

Yep, that is what i meant. I was told that because i had mushrooms growing in my outdoor culinary herb garden, that it meant i was growing within very good parameters. I kind of figured that it might be a bad thing for my special plants indoors...
