Mushroom Growing from My Pineapple. Also a Bad Pottasium Prob. Pics Included

hi peeps, im new to this site and was after some advice/help. poped my head into my tent today to top res s up and yikes there a bloody big white mushroom toadstool thing looking at me... i cut it out straight away as im not down with that...why has this happened 2 years in....but at the same time just with my pineapple express plants as soon as i go into 12/12 i get a real bad pottasium prob and i just dont know how to sort it. im growing in coco using canna nutes with a bit of hygrozyme, superthrive hear n there. i got this with my last grow but didnt happen as soon and the plants made it threw ok , but this time ist come early and bad...just 3wks into 12/12 and poor fukin leaves....and now i got mushrooms too...HELP!!!
my og kush, lemon skunk, cheese are fine and are all gettin fed fron same res. i know i should stick with 1 strain but i like to smoke many strains...dont we all!! and other info needed from me i give. please give me your knowledge. thanks

I couldn't say what caused the mushroom, but I'd pluck it before the cap opens and lets the spores go.
As far as the K deficiency, I've always used Earth Juice Meta-K to sort it out.
