Multiple symptoms? Diagnosis?

I have a few seedlings that are exhibiting what I think are a few different problems and I was hoping someone might be able to help me figure out the issues.

Seeds were 3 mystery Nirvana freebies an one female bomb seeds bubble bomb.

Nirvana freebies were started on DEC 10 soaking. Took between 7 and 10 days for them to crack.
Bubble bomb I started to soak on the 16th and took 6 days to pop(house is cool.pretty sure that slowed them down)

They were started in 100% coco coir under 23 watt CFLs. And transferred under 2 60x5 watt led panels(Mars and Apollo both 130ish true watts. 260 total) after first true leave were out.

They seemed to be growing well until the second set of true leaves and then started curling and twisting leaves. The coir was staying wet for 3-4 days so I transplanted to 80% organic soil with compost and 20% coco coir. They have continued to curl and twist. The lower leaves are lighter in color and have odd patches of damages spots on the leaves(mystery freebies) and burned tips(bubble bomb)

The curling I would guess is over watering. But they are on day 3 of no water and the soil is pretty dry(meter says 2 of 10 for moisture and to water). So I think they should have recovered by now.

The yellowing might be lack of nitrogen( but the soil has compost) so I think they should be OK for atleast a little while without needing to be fed

I'm not sure on the spots but the tips might be burn from the compost, since the plants are so small?

Any ideas or advice would be great.

It takes time to recover, you are going to have to nurse them back to health especially after a transplant. I'd feed them something light like kelp extract and give them some magnesium(I use Epsom salt and water and make a foliar spray) and be cautious of over watering. They usually don't need a whole lot of nutrients when that small.

Also, It might take longer to recover then it would to pop new seeds and start over.

somethings going on with mico nutes

youve got yellowing on the new growth and dark green on the old growth

N def affects lower fans leaves first..so its not that

yellowing on the new growth usually means iron or zinc

have you used any nutes yet? if so what type and how much per gallon of each product?

are you ph adjusting? at a glance im thinking its ph issues
or you've over fed nutes
or while in coco (before transplant into dirt) it wasn't getting enough nutes

when you get severak diiferent symptoms at one time its usally either ph issues or over feeding... but if you are for sure that its not over fed because you've given it nothing

then I would say you need to feed them

so in short...need more info

I had not fed at all prior to transplant.

I just watered with 1/8th strength miracle grow this morning(I know its not a great fertilizer but its what I had on hand) only about 1/3 rd of a cup of water per pot. Moisture meter barely moved when I stuck it to the bottom of the pot.

What amount of Epsom per gallon for a foliar spray?

I do not have a way to measure pH. What is the best method for testing a soil grow? A probe or testing run off?

I also threw a few more freebies to soak incase these croak. I'm hoping the bubble bomb at least will do OK(smallest one with just burnt tips).

I am finishing building my cabinet so my goal was to get these freebies going to test light height and temps/air flow in the cabinet before starting my known seeds. I just have to finish painting the inside white and install a few light traps/vents.

I had hoped to put the freebies into flower pretty quick and move the bubble bomb over to use as a mother. I am surprised how fussy these seedlings are. I usually start seedlings for my vegetable garden the same way. Coco coir until they are 6ish inches. Then soil and plant outside mid april. Tomatoes and peppers usually do well with these mediums and lights. I even got fig trees going last year with this set up. Are all cannabis plants this temperamental?
