multi tent room air exchange

Midwestern us grow room(-30 to 105F) outside temps
space is 13x19x9
18,000btu window ac
110btu furnace heats, garage, this room, and room next to it
164 pint dehumidifier
5 4x4 tents
1 2x3 tent-seedlings/early veg
1 3x3 drying
sip/soil grows
650 led lights in 4x4s, not sure on seedling light

question is air exchange and filters...looking at it I can run a 6 inch filter and carbon scrubber on each 4x4, or I can run a 12 inch hepa intake to the room with a 12 inch carbon out of the room. assuming I did the 12 inch each way, could i run 4 inch fans just to exchange each tent and not worry about filters for them?

Or if I run the 6 inch on each tent, do i still need at least 1 12 inch pulling out of the room for fresh air?

I do have a NG line in the room so I could also just run a co2 burner but then would I keep it at 800 so not to push the veg plants too far? I know flower wants to be closer to 1200. I am in a legal state and this room could be sealed as it is being built in the back of the insulated garage now.

Reason for multiple tents is wanting to run different strains and also minimize and infestation taking multiple plants

The 12 inch and doing whole room is fine but I don’t see that window shaker cooling that many lights
Thank you for the input!

Do you think a 24,000 btu would cut it? I am thinking I will be under 200 watts max at any given moment.

I was also pontificating about it and if i do the 12 inch, would i run those on timers to exchange a few times a day or run them constant? If constant i dont know that any ac would cover it?

Well
I suppose you would do well to determine the exact lights you’ll be using first
Then decide on the remote or on top of light boards
I do not currently have a LED room
So my knowledge of heat loads from them is limited
But that is a big space, personally if you could I would convert the furnace to an air handler and put in an actual central air around 4 tons as I doubt you will be heating as much as cooling

For me I used 12 inch and 2500 cfm
But I used open bulb hps
I am looking at LEDS and will be curious how you make out
Cause I’m gonna be making some big changes soon

I looked back and the shaker is actually a 24,000 unit but I agree, I am not positive it will cut it. I do think i like the idea of the 12 inch in and 12 inch out to minimize equipment in each tent. are you running the 12 inch constant, on a timer, or tied to a controller?

Continous

if I just exhausted each tent outside, and didnt have the intake, would I be starving them of co2? or do you think me entering the room each day would be enough of an exchange?

anyone have any thoughts on keeping it sealed minus the shaker and just running the room at say 800-900ppm of co2?

Looking at fans and filters or a co2 burner and controller i seem to be around the same price
