Well I started a thread--and a lot of people are suggesting they aren't spider mites--what they are--no one seems to know.

But so far I haven't seen any on my plants--usually around the vincinity--they seem especially interested in water with nutes.
So as far now--I have no reason to believe they are a threat. I'll just keep an eye on my plants.

@napa---Im thinking they are getting in through my window which is also a big part of the ventilation system for my grow room...but I haven't seen any in my grow tent...and I've looked as hard as I could.
So'we'll see.
I have only 2 weeks or so til harvest come this Wednesday. Even if they are mites they won't have time to really cause an infestation within that time.

Well here we are...heading into the 6th week explosion.
I think I have some nice whiting. Funny (again) how this strain is more Sativa. You'd think with this kind of white it may be more a Indicta---or at least that would be my inexperienced take on it.
Well what can I say other than this is almost porn. This is a very exciting first grow. I just hope these buds put some weight on in the next week or so. But if not--Im okay with that too---I just want something to smoke.
You maybe interested to know that I haven't smoked Jack-Shit since I started this grow--so hopefully that will make the harvest all the more sweet!
My last toke was in Feb/2010

I have roughly 14 days left til harvest (more or less) plus curing and smoke review...but enjoy your stay.

awesome man...Im about to start my first grow...I am using T5 VHO Lamps - 7200 lumens - 95 watts each. 4ft x 8 tubes. Thats almost 60k lumens total and 800 watts. I am going to flower with T5 VHO 4ft' Spectralux 3000K and using the 6500 Spectralux to veg....Think that'll flower ok? lol...I cant wait to see your results...You know the naysayers all say this wont work "right" flowering with flourescents...I think they may be wrong...lol

I must say I never seen those before.
I think you'll have awesome results. Lumens don't lie--I hope you start a grow journal--if you do I'll definiately sub!
Our buds my not be the size of footballs--but for the value we get from saving in electrical--it will be worth it. We also get great coverage--so we should grow more over the diameter that one cascading light.
Let me know when you set up--Im ready to sub my man!!!!

Thursday is a res change (my last with nutes)
Then the following Tuesday will be a 36 hour water flush and then 48 hours of Darkness then Harvest.
These will of course be subject to change as we get closer to July 14th (8th week)--so we'll see how the next week goes.
But we are getting close

well it was a main branch of the main stem--so it was fairly big Im afraid--but with 5 days left til harvest (and I believe they are on schedule)-I'll smoke it if it doesn't recover
But it seems okay... so far so good

I think my plants won't be ready to harvest Wednesday...I say this because the trich's are quite brown on my main buds.
But they could change at anytime...so I'll be keeping an eye (or microscope) on them.
Other than that--they are being flushed with regular water til harvest. Once I see it's gett ready...they will be in the dark for 36 hours til it's time to chop'em.

Agreed- this first grow has kind of been a wash for me. Too much nute burn, and uneven sized plants hurt a lot. But for me... I should have a ton to smoke and I (finally) have my first grow under my belt and a couple of nice clones.
I've really learned alot--not just about growing...but about myself too.
