MSNL SEEDS.....

Hi , ok so well...i ordered a pack from MNSL, lastnight, went to checkout and paid with visa debit card. It then took me to Flutterwave - took my details and payment then went to avalchepay.. I'm confused as fuck at this point. I can't even log into these websites now as it says my email is already taken even tho i never signed up lol, so what gives?!, I've never go through such a thing and usually it's a smooth easy transaction..now I'm left wondering have MNSL got the payment?!, Do i have to call my bank and dipute, i have not heard from MSNL, So I'm posting here looking for feedback. It still says pending in my cart and now being a weekend I'll have to wait till monday or so...i need answers asap to put my mind at ease

I ordered of them about a 6 weeks ago. Paid with Visa card and they sent me an order confirmation straight away. 2 days later got the email saying they had been sent and had a tracking number with it.
Seeds were delivered within 15 days to Australia.

I would email MSNL directly and ask what the go is. I've found their customer service very good in the past.

Sounds similar to my last transaction with them...after a few days the original ordered showed cancelled and was replaced by the same exact order and that one was processed. original order still shows as cancelled on their site to this day....long story short, I got my seeds without having to contact anybody.

yes credit card, dont remeber the site, but it did send me to a 3rd party. I believe those funds will be transferred to MSNL then, same as me, a new order will be generated. Send em an email to confirm, couldnt hurt. I have always gotten my seeds from them tho if that helps put your mind at ease.

Yeah word, i just want to make sure they will get the funds , I'm always sketchy as hell when doing something out my comfort zone, cheers for the replies so far

Will be using one of the many US based sites I learned about from RIU for future purchases tho. Faster delivery, but prob no less sketchy, LOL.

Yeah visa at checkout. No other websites involved.
Seems suspicious maybe msnl have been hacked.
Hay you sent them an email??

checked my old emails for you...wasnt flutterwave but it was some sort of wallet site, BP Wallet.. to convert USD. Email from wallet site was on 1/1, didnt receive confirmation from MSNL till 1/5.

Payment is still in pending since Friday... Is now Tuesday, Msnl said bank was holding funds and i needed to call them, Bank said No, merchant is holding it...or probably their 3rd party which would be correct because my bank and i always pay.

Hey all, they got in contact with me, was an issue with the payment system..Dave was super friendly and resolved in straight away once it was forwarded to him, they also going to send me some freebies for the hassle which is muchly appreciated, I'd say it's best to do the payment another way instead by visa debit card..but none the less , you will get looked after 100%, Now i can relax..happy days8-) thanks Soul dwella & Porky!

A year ago, I received mine from MSNL and they were as advertised, Perfect even.

Took 30 days+- but they did come. ( shipped to legal US state) if it mattered.

Or in the future don't use MSNL. Overpriced for no name genetics IMO. You can get quality genetics for less money without the hassle.

I've grown over 200 plants from MSNL all fems and never had a hermie and and very few differences in pheno types. Stealth has been great and prices are reasonable.
Personally I think they are one of the best seed banks around.
I've also grown stuff from RQS, seedsman, HSC, Dark horse, Dinafem, Dutch passion, Barney's, Sumo, VB seeds and a few others and ide rate MSNL as good as any of them.
They also have the best customer service I've encountered of an seed banks.
