Moving to Massachusetts to grow weed

I live in NY and I grow in an apartment. Do it in your closet. Nobody is gonna just walk into your apartment and check aroundm. The comment about cheap equipment starting a fire is stupid. Anything electrical can start a fucking fire, doesn't matter if its cheap or expensive.

Repent, then send me your weed.

Actually, send me your weed first.
Then repent or whatever...

Let tenants turn a rental property into a grow op .....ya that'll turn out well I'm sure. And yes they are a fire hazard in a lot of cases due to the lack of infrastructure re wire size, overloaded circuits, etc. Not to mention the negative effects of the whole ventilation thing. Anywho I vote move but there must be a warmer legal state isn't there?

Really? He's going to go to a state that has yet to define the laws. He will be on the lower end of the growing scale with little to no experience. Not to mention that there will be a rush of profiteering semi pro's and large scale grow op folks attempting to corner the market in at least their AO (area of operation)!

I might just bet on Mass. going large scale grow operations by professional large scale growers from the west.....Just like IL and MI have gone. While MI still has personal growing for MM. It won't be but about 6 years and they'll have eliminated it - No doubt about it! So the whole idea of making a living with small scale growing in a state that has yet to set the rules (Believe me, legal for recreational will not be personal growing!), is like kissing your sister...

Unless you have the backing to go 500 or more plants in a stand alone, state of the art building.....STAY HOME and fight for the law change there!

haven't seen that many large operations here but bigger than what I do .
we smaller guys are more like micro brew. grow only the finest and something folks don't see often because trust me , legal makes competition tough.
look at other ways to capitalize like selling clones . ..... 4 inch plants here are average of $ 10 each.

Lmao at the paranoia. Sessions being elected will not affect any Cannabis laws that have passed. If you can afford it go ahead man. Growing is not cheap though, and niether is moving. Why do t you qualify for medical in any state? Getting a card is like ordering a meal at mcdonalds.

Honestly you may want to wait and see how the new government forms up, if Sessions gets elected Cannabis friendly states could see alot of trouble coming their way. Id stay put until the smoke clears ..pun intended. But thats just me.
Ditto / Although "Going Pro/Legal" is the Plan - Wait and see till the Prohibitionist in Government Act. If you start hearing that Legal Pot Dispensaries are being told to "Quit in 30 days or else" than the fight continues ... Hopefully they Mandate a change of status Weed has Federally but that could now bring the FDA into Weed Growing which will make testing and regulating very expensive. Good thing is ALL the West Coast is established and Investor's have Teeth in this industry so my latter feeling most likely will happen and schedule of Weed Classification will go into congress. Remember your City is going to get the last word and FARM ZONING matter's.
