Moving Autos Outdoors

I wanted to get a perpetual grow started with the autos outdoors, but not have to worry about males outdoors. I wanted to grow the plants 2-3 weeks to sex indoors and then put the females outside, so I have a couple questions for any of you who have grown auto strains.

My 2 questions are, how big of containers would I need to grow the autos in just to about 2-3 weeks. Would plastic cups work okay? Or would it need more space for the rootmass by then? Second is, how tall are the autos once they are sexed?

2 very undescript answers... Like I said I'm keeping them in whatever cup/pot only until they are sexed and then they are transplanted into the ground, which is why I was thinking a bunch of plastic cups would be big enough since most of the autos at that point ive seen were only a few inches tall. But like I said Idk how much room it needs for the rootmass to grow uninterrupted at that point, but by just saying a pot how does that help me? A pot can hold 30 gal, or less then 1 cup, I'm looking for how big I will need for that short period from someone whos actually grown autos.

First off, Menace don't write stupid things like that in his thread!

I've done this alot of times. Your plant height depends on the strain. I've only done this with Auto Ak47. From my experience the plant will usually be around 5-8 inches after about 2-3 weeks. Now for the container question. I use an empty butter container for my plants, the big kind of container. That should give you a pretty good idea of what kind of space you will need to have.
