Mountain Weed Grow

Hello RIU,
I wanted to share with you the progress of my 2013 outdoor grow. Plants were germinated from seed on March 18th, and sprouted on the 22nd. Soil is Foxfarm Oceanforest. I have yet to fertilize. Under a 150w HPS light for the first 7 weeks. Started in 1 gallon pots, transferred to 5 gals on day 36. I'm growing up in the mountains of ol' colorful Colorado. Here's a few pics of the girls (I'm hoping). Let me know what you all think! :)

P.S. Strains are Gnarly Marley and one bagseed sativa.

Hi all,
I moved the plants into a nice sunny location on my property. This will be their permanent home. Pics are as follows: Gnarly marley x 4, bagseed sativa, Pakistan Ryder, Auto super hash, Auto anubis. I have also just started 2 Tutankhamen plants, and one TOXIC by ripper seeds. Seems the pakistan ryder is very sensitive to nutrients. It seems to have some nute burn from FFOF. I have never encountered nute burn from this soil, even when started from seed. I'd love to hear some feedback from you fellow growers out there, for I am a novice (only have grown 2 crops before). Thanks.

Hello all!
The plants have shot off, the tallest one being about 4 1/2 feet. They are in 5 gallon buckets and it is a little too late for transplanting so I guess I'm going to have to water every other day, due to the hot sun we've been experiencing. Here's a picture of pakistan ryder and gnarley marley.

Great work! Curious about one of your strains, is the "Gnarley Marley" some sort of "Marley's Collie" cross? PEACE::::

You know, I'm not entirely sure. I went down to this kinda low end dispensary in Denver and picked up an oz of it. I know they said it's about 80% indica. I'll look into it.

boss pics for your third grow man. i was wondering if you were adding any extra kelp or blood and bone meal to them throughout your grow with ffof. i have one grow under my belt which was indoor and this is my first outdoor CO. grow i'm on right now so if you have any extra tips you would be willing to share for us mountain people that would be much appreciated. Again mad props for outdoor co buds.

Hey man thanks for the post. I've not used any extra ferts or nutes to the soil. I only use kelp during the end of the summer, other than that the ffof does the job quite well. When flowering, everytime I water I use 2tbs of blackstrap organic molasses/ gallon of water. I recommend using coyote piss around the plants to keep critters away, other than that just water and love .

shit dude you already have the hole just grab that trunk and pull her out and sit her in the hole and some good happy frog or what ever but it will help production and possibly save her life in the end( not being able to water when needed) you will have a nice tree there..

That's what I was thinking man! I didn't know that they would outgrow their 5 gal. buckets! I have 4 more just like that. Mini trees with trunks, i just don't want to break something on them, they're really heavy.
