Mother Plant Help

I'm trying to mother this GSC so I can get at least 15-20 clones off it in two months. I've noticed the node spacing on this plant is extremely tight. How can I get the node spacing to be longer. The plant normally sits under a blue LED by Stealth Grow that hangs about a foot from the top of the plant. Also I'm using a product called Mother Plant. Does this nutrient promote more node development? Should I just use a regular veg base?
