Most Profitable Strain for Indoor Grow

What is the most profitable strain for indoor growing? I am not necessarily looking for the most powerful strain, just one where my (quantity)*(unit price)/(time) is maximized. It should therefore have fast growth and easy cloning. Thanks a lot

Hmm... well i have heard good things about Top 44, but the only strain that i know from first hand account is big bud... it has a high flower ratio and can contain decent amounts of Thc.

Misty from fantaseeds,
or
chronic from serious.

Or anything from serious.

Big bud is not worth growing from taste reports and such.
It still has to be heady!

That is a tough and overlying question.

I, like you, focus on maximizing profit versus having the sexiest buds. I appreciate your equation above, but I think your challenge is more multi-dimensional than you think.

I have found the following to work:

- a strain that is easy to grow (more important than you think). This is important because your equation must include a *(chance of a disaster that wipes out a crop or multiple crops). A easy to grow strain is key because one wiped out crop per year is the same as adding 10-20% of length to existing cycles.

- a short flowering time like big bud or NL#5 or many indicas is key. Many serious strains will give you that.

-

My recommendation, if you are patient enough (and reside in Canada), is to buy 4 strains you think will work. Do a run of 1/2-1lb of each while monitoring time, ease of growing, buds/plant, and any other variables worth considering including what your clients will give you from a price/feedback perspective. From there keep the best 2 strains. It is always smart to have 2 so your eggs are not in one basket.

Ask the client. If you are doing this as a business then your business decisions should be designed to please your clients.

I hope that perspective helps.

PS - I really like green crack, purple kush, satorie and have had success with BC big bud. Try those if you like.

Forgot to mention where to buy the seeds. Canadian seed bank you can buy seeds by the single so it is cheaper and is great for testing.

I don't think they will ship to US though but check them out.

I would have to say first off, it would be beneficial if you could get cuttings and know you're starting with a quality strain. Second, many indica dominant hybrids have good size yields. Bare in mind many varieties are clone-only. Getting clones would sure expedite the process. If you wanted to purchase seed over the internet, MR. NICE is a G13 X Hash Plant. Very resinous bud. And of course Indica dominant.

I'm a firm believer that any strain can be a top performer.
It all has to do with your growing technique.
