Most plants are preflower, what do I do with this one?

Hi! I have a bunch of girls that went through a reveg. All but one grew tall and are in preflower now. One plant never really went back into veg just has stayed dormant and the buds are just getting more and more sticky. Trichomes are looking almost ready to harvest on some branches. Don’t know what to do with her. Think she is a OG Kush. Any help much appreciated. Last two are the buds up close on the Hobbit chick.

Nope she’s just revegging and looks like a skalliwag. I hope she gets fatter and grows up a little bit, we will see. All the others would be pregnant too but they ain’t.
