Most effective way of getting light to lower growth?

I have these big ol' stocks, stacked with budding points, coming out of the very bottom of my plant so they are not getting as much light as I'd like them to. I am really trying to maximize my yields here and have tried a few off-beat techniques without a TON of success. I am using a 400w and only have 2 plants under it now. Any help will be greatly appreciated and rewarded with a +Rep.

Get a few clamp lights like this and put cfls in them. Then clamp them to some bricks or something on the floor below your plants Shouldn't cost you more than $40 at home depot to add 6000 lumens @ 100 watts below your canopy.

Agreed, I have cfls in my tent with clamp on fixtues works great. I have some old wire shelves zip tied to the side supports allows me to move them wehever I want. Here's a pic to give you an idea of what they look like. Good luck and thanks for the rep!! I just returned the favor. Happy HIGHlidays!

Well, I don't want to make out like I posted just to get rep points because I am all about helping people with their questions...but a promise is a promise.
