Mosh2Metal's LSD, White Widow, Kush 1200w Grow

wow look amazing. I'm having light jealousy. Alas I have no need fo 1200 watts for my small usage. I'll stick with my 250 and foam at the mouth looking at your dense nugs. THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!!

Seriously though, nice grow.

Thanks man, but with bigger lights comes more heat, more electricity, however i think the benefit outweighs the downsides. the ww are just shy of being half way through, so im hoping they will bulk up a lot more in the coming weeks!

thanks for stopping by

I used a 600 hps for 9 weeks. They could have gone another week or two but I had to chop.

Hey there M2M - the grow is looking awesome! One thing I noticed from your first few pics - you should maybe try to locate your ballasts outside of the flowering room to bring your temps down. I've noticed that anything 80 degrees plus will slow them down a bit. Without the ballasts in there you should be able to keep the temps at around 75 with the lights on... but anyway it looks like it hasn't effected your plants too much this time - maybe for next time?

You have me convinced to try some WW now - we've smoked it a few times but I've yet to try and grow it. Isn't the Toronto Seed bank fairly expensive? I've bought seeds online from the UK much cheaper than the ones sold here in Canada...and I've seen some great genetics from Barney's Farm for example (your LSD comes to mind..lol). I've ordered packs of 10 seeds through Attitude seeds for around $60-70 (cdn) and received freebies along with them... but at the same time I've been tempted to try some Canadian strains just because they're 'climatized' for growing here...

Well, I'm going to follow you through to finish with these girls - looks like you're in for a great Christmas! :leaf: +rep

hey dayzt, thanks for the input. The ballast idea is a great one its just our cables are short, and they won't reach out of the room, however we have mounted them vertically on the wall, and the exhaust intake is directly above them, hope this is good enough.

Also, white widow is great you should defo give it a try, the canadian seed banks are expensive yea, and honestly the only advantage i can think to buying your seed's over in canada is if its a local shop it can save you the time of waiting for your package by delivery. If i was you i would go with the greenhouse white widow, its the original, grows well in many climates, and because its from greenhouse you know they have stablised the strains genetics through at least 5 years of breeding and selection!

i have also never got freebies from a canadian seed bank! thats why attitude rocks!

thanks for the rep dood, im guna check out your grows too...

Day 30 Flowering Update

Cha Ching!
I purchased some fox farms Cha Ching today as the LSD have started showing signs of a deficiency, caused by a lack of Potassium. Cha Ching has 50% potassium so hopefully it should do the trick! I wanted to get some of the tiger bloom but they had ran out!

Pic's (now officially bud porn)
