ok, I'll let you know, the email made it to me ok, thx
still nothing...........I'm thinking that if it takes over two weeks(and counting) for Specializedformulations.com to answer sales inquiries, how would they handle their customer service? hahahahaha.

And this is the only place to get the MKIIIA?

Sorry Specialized Formulations is fumbling with the orders. I won't bore you with what has been on their plate, because it doesn't matter, you should have gotten at least a reply.

We will be discussing what they will be doing differently to maintain customer service in a meeting later yet this morning and I will be setting up an alternative supplier, so folks have a choice.

The easiest way is of course is just to build your own from the parts list on our site. I can walk you through it if you want to do so.

The underlying problem is that neither Glacier Tank, nor Paramount Supply has been able to keep up with the heavy demand for Terpenator parts and so far I have been unable to find alternate sources that are close to being as cost effective.

Both Skunk Pharm Research and Specialized Formulations are also working with Glacier and Paramount to improve stocking levels and delivery. The are more than happy towork with us, so progress was made, but the corrections from China take 8 weeks.

I will ask that SpecializedFormulations answer your inquiry this morning, following our business meeting. If you haven't heard from them by tomorrow, let me know and I will find you an alternate source for the modified parts required to assemble a Mk IIIA.

Peace,

Fadedawg

I would consider making one myself.......I was just concerned about chasing down the parts. If everyone else is having problems finding the parts, I can't imagine it would be easy for me to do so.

Actually, almost nothing takes as long if you are willing to throw enough money at it. All of the long lead parts are available from other suppliers at a higher price. Check out Kurt J Lesker and Dixon as a more spendy alternatives if you need one NOW!
