yup and they used something they weren't allowed something that emits Hydrogen Cyanide when smoked. Then Health Canada down plays it without mentioning any sort of punishment for them breaking regulations. yet we can face jail time for trying to grow clean Cannabis.Nuff said...
Health Canada is equally culpable and should be named as a defendant.This is simple posturing against the lawsuit that's been filed. They weren't supposed to spray it but did anyways - now they should pay.
