I bet that if someone cared enough to really follow the money trail it would lead to some unexpected names of investors.
Remember that only rich people are politicians so all the big time na investors are friends of world leaders they arent going to screw each other cus they know they will get screwed back some other way.

Its even worse in BC. You win the case the crown will just send the civil forfeiture office after you and you're fucked. There was a case not too long ago that even the judge said that this laws is being used out of scope of its original intent and now is being used as a punishment when the crown gets whoop assed. This is what happens when broad laws get passed, once its passed some idiot will abuse it. Now that wouldn't be bad if there reverse consequences to the crown for abuse of the law.
