If a federal marshal catches you with resin on your pipe and gets a federal judge to prosecute you. Say hello to your new 20 years to life partner, Bubba.

Yeah? Resin? Pipe? I dojn't need no stinkin pipe. I can use an apple pipe or tin foil one use. I have been there. And really, it not 20 years for resin or pipe.

I am pretty good at staying away from Federal Marshals.

So, if it is all illegal then you don't even have a point. You negated yourself.

No difference in med or rec sales. Good job.

Legality doesn't make ethics.

Ethics are are not relevant to this

Ethics is always relevant. Look at people like Anne Coulter. She says we're all addicts and there isn't any medical. That guy who tried to shame Mitt Romney that only weed helps his rare disease, and all Romney could say is he isn't using medicine.Whereas I say who the fuck cares, let people do what they want as long as they don't affect others. Laws and opinions mean nothing when it comes to ethics. There's only one ethical choice, whether ours, the law or others opinions are wrong doesn't change that fact.

...OK, Canada then

You knew I wasn't referring to federal law just like I knew you weren't referring to other countries..
Canada is irrelevant. Canna isn't Canadian. The point is there are multiple layers of law enforcement. Some states have stopped the prohibition. The federal government has not... You're being like that kid on the playground that is starting to make up far fetched hypothetical reasons why they aren't wrong.

No one under 70/80 years old in the United States today has ever smoked weed legally in the United States.

Open your eyes. Ethics are not relevant in Politics, Religions, and War.

They are only relevant in commerce, medicine, sociability, etc.

That was the point. CS replied to the fact that the federal law still prohibits cannabis even though Washington and Colorado permit it and it was obvious from my post I wasn't referring to federal law. So I said "Canada then" because I knew he wasn't referring to countries outside the United States. It was pretty silly, but I feel the point was made

What about Irvin Rosenfield and the Compassionate IND? That was administered by the feds. There must be a couple of those patients still alive.
A bit of a stretch to include a study. But so be it. That one one thousandth of one percent has.

Nonsense. You said nobody under 70-80 years has legally smoked weed and you were wrong. That program had 30 or so members at one point in time.

I know you love to crow about how smart white people, at some point, you should actually demonstrate that.
