hi guys can anyone what would be a good amount of mollassis to use on my plants. i have been using 1tbs per 8 litres with every watering, 3 waterings a week.
is that too much?

Use unsulphured molasses during flowering, 2 tbs per gallon rotating water / molasses on your normal watering schedule.

They use the sugars to feed the microbiology they add to their reservoirs. Plants can't intake carbohydrates.

i have heard people say it increases yields.

In an organic system full or microbiology that would benefit from it sure but if just adding it to the reservoir with nutes it will not only feed any good bacteria you have in there but all the bad. The reason to add good bacteria is so they have a head start and can overwhelm the bad, thus suppressing the negative effects.
