Moldy Buds???

I had problems when drying my buds (they were very crispy) so i started curing after 2 days. I havent had them in any light so i didnt really look at them properly till a week later. They smell funny and they look strange, kind of like little white hairs all over. Could this be mold :confused:

Did you open the jar everyday to let the excess moisture out? If not that could have caused your mold. If the mold has gotten out of hand, I would just make hash out of it.

im not sure what it smells like, not sure what ammonia smells like so that could be it and i did open the jar every day twice a day for about 10 minutes each time

next time try this this is how i do it

Dry: Buds left in well ventilated dark place for 24 hours
Cure: Buds stored in sealed bag and left in dark place for 8 hours
Dry: Buds left in well ventilated dark place for 16 hours
Cure: Buds stored in sealed bag and left in dark place for 6 hours
Dry: Buds left in well ventilated dark place for 12 hours
Steps continued likewise as necessary

heres a picture of one of the buds out of the jar..sorry its not the best quality and also you cant see it but they have little brown stringy things wrapped around

thats not really close enough can you get a better shot? ammonia kinda smells like piss by the way.

Yea I can't see anything in the pic either. Are the buds really moist now? or are they still crispy dry? If they are moist they are probably moldy.

basicaly if u have a very unpleasent kinda pissy smell.,.and wite fuzz its most likely mold.,.,and that will wreck ure lungs severly

I like the GSP interview, when they asked him about this Hardy saying he was going to KO him, he laughed and said they all say that. That was pretty funny. This next PPV is going to be great, having a party, I do a donation bowl, everyone throws in a few dollars and it covers the $44 charge, going to be a good time.

Maybe he is telling you that spam will cure your bud mold....lol
