Molasses? What is it? where can you buy it?

its a syrup made from sugar cane. when your ladies start flowering, add about 1 or 2 tablespoons per gallon of water, plus whatever other nutrients you've been using. all the carbs from the molasses will go right to the buds, making them bigger and better! it can be bought at pretty much every grocery store, and is fairly cheap. go for a brand called Grandma's. good luck :joint:

yep all right local grocery should have it.. try to get unsulphured blackstrap its the best for plants ive ben using it since flower works nice :) GL!

You get molasses from fishing tackle shops and places were you buy horse and cattle feed or like cam said treacle non sulphated.i use lyle's black treacle in a red tin most super markets sell it

When should the molasses be discontinued? Same as the nutes I presume, a week before harvest?

1st grow and I didn't use it this time. I'm ready to harvest in 1 or 2 weeks but discontinued nutes a week ago (jumped the gun). I'm going to resume feeding and stop in 5 to 7 days (watching the trichs).

Can I still benifit from molasses or did I miss the boat?
(I think the latter - Day late and a dollar short, huh!) :hump:

dissolve a small teaspoon of molasses[treacle] in warm water then put that in your feed water with or without nutes.i dont think you use in hydro. block up pipes.

we use 2 tablespoons of molasses per gallon of water. Use it every time we water/feed/flush. there's never a time we don't use it. you can mix it with your nutes.
