I have been seeing signs of misture stress for 2 days now from 10 plants my friend gave me...is it reversable and how? he used Jiffy organic seed starting soil to start em off in and the size 1 jiffy pots...I just recently after 3 weeks old I got them and transfered them to the bigger jiffy size 3pots and filled in the extra room with a mix of 1 part Peat moss, 1 part mushroom compost and 1 part vermiculite of course after the transfer I watered them good...I think they are over watered...the oldest sets of leaves are dying on the ends and shrivaling inward

You can't really reverse it. Just gotta wait it out. Poking some holes in the soil with a straw might help get more air to the roots.

Peat moss retains a lot of water, so dont water until you can dig several inches deep and have it dry.
