I used to smoke every night, but the dispensaries are expensive and never s constant high. Some bud is harsh, others are airy, and some it feels like maybe they didn't flush, even the same strains and companies. Too inconsistent to keep buying. I'd be happy with even an ounce a month, Of course that may change lol. So smaller perpetual would work for me. Actually been looking at solo cup grows, even though small yields, can try a bunch of different strains always on hand.

I think you should try that. Experimenting is always fun and useful. Speaking of experimenting, you mentioned flushing. I used to flush as well but not anymore. It only starves the plant during it's most critical time. Proper drying and curing will take care of any harshness in the smoke and will reveal the true flavour of the plant. Many many flush threads in here. Search and read some. Last grow I just lowered my EC but this grow I'm not even doing that. Nutes until it gets chopped. Search around and if you're still not convinced, EXPERIMENT. Flush two plants, DON'T flush one and check how it is to smoke it after curing. But wait, you're not even feeding any nutes lol. Btw, are magic truffles legal in Cali?

Hi, just stumbled on your grow, and gotta say it's looking really good. I grew green crack and purple lemonade a few months back, and was surprised how leggy the PL ended up being even with the indica dominance. Absolutely beautiful plant tho. IMG_20200812_221128.jpg

Any method that gets you a nice little variety of good buds to have around is a good method in my book! I don't smoke that much either.

I like to grow a few autos outdoors in the summer but I grow photos indoors. I'm working on getting a little amateur breeding/ pollen chucking thing going so I've crammed more plants than I should've into my little attic grow in the interest of exploring more genetics.

I need to work on keeping my plants a little smaller in the future. I've got a small jungle growing and they're all competing with each other for the light and it's harder to work in there than it should be.

Oddly enough, even though both plants were drastically different sizes, I got 2 oz off of each plant.

The Purple Lemonade was a good smoke, no couch lock at all what so ever, but still very relaxing. It was a good strain for watching movies, because it was relaxing, but didnt put me to sleep.

The Green Crack is far and away my favorite strain. I had never grown it before, but very happy I was able to find the seeds. The smoke was fantastic, very energetic and euphoric. Perfect daytime smoke for when you have something to do. The high lasted a long time, could smoke once and be good to go for a few hours.

Im not sure if they are, im pretty sure they arent. I know its illegal federally, but ive never tried them; just pot.

Is that your purple lemonade on the right? Its very dark and looks great!

I have been wanting to try green crack for a while, and im holding myself from buying it at one of the dispensaries here because I want to taste it for the first time when I grow it! Im glad to hear that its energetic. I was medically retired from the USMC and the VA is constantly putting me on pills and I hate it. On them I get extremely agitated, and after a few weeks on them I get extremely tired all day long. If I dont take them, its even worse. I was falling asleep driving yesterday at 3 in the afternoon... Im really hoping to have this strain help. I picked green crack and purple lemonade because I wanted a sativa dominate and indica dominate, and then I got cheese, moby dick, and lemon skunk for freebies so I decided to try moby dick with this grow too. Im very excited to see how these turn out. If I could get 2 oz off each of these that would be WAY more than expected.

When the summer comes, I want to grow outdoors too, but I dont think I can do summers, maybe the spring with autos. The summers here get 110+ F, so its pretty awful lol.

You should be fine. I probably would have used two gallons tho and wouldn’t worry about any training. Seems like those are all pretty fast strains.

I got this baby in yesterday and got it put in. Not only my room, by whole house smells like weed. It's not a huge house, about 1400 sq ft, but the garage is on the exact opposite end and when I get home, I can smell it in the garage a little bit. The whole house is covered lol.

I have it here, maybe theres a better option, but it dots there nice and has nice airflow coming through.

PL is doing so well, I might Post on grow diaries and see if fast buds will hook me up with some freebies. So far I am extremely happy with their seeds! Maybe after a few grows I want to upgrade and get an AC Infinity inline fan. I Already have about $600 USD in my setup and seeds right now, so I didnt want to keep going higher right away. So far I am really happy with their filter, when I get home today will be the true test lol. Her favorite is purple, but I want to see if I can get all sorts of colors.

That carbon filter is amazing! I cant smell it in my house at all now. Not Even a trace. It's really nice to open the tent now and be greeted by a lovely smell everytime. I definitely recommend!!

Wow I love how potent it smells now when I open the tent. Now that my whole house doesnt smell like weed, it makes it extremely noticeable when I open the tent!

Anyways, here's some more pics from tonight.

The close up is of moby dick starting to stretch. I'm going to need to LST in the next couple of days.

MD is 37 days, PL is 36, GC is 35. According to fast buds, I think PL only has about 3 weeks left, and GC is about another 4-5. I'm not sure for MD. Of course that is not set in stone, I'll be getting a magnifying glass to check the artichokes here soon.

They all look great and that feeling when you open the tent and you experience all these different aromas is something else for sure. Keep in mind that every breeder overexaggarates with the harvest time. That PL has a long way to go, way more than 3 weeks. EVERY SINGLE AUTO I've grown took 10-14 more days than what the breeder was saying. In my experience, most autos are ready at 75-85 days old from sprout. Don't rush it, the last weeks especially is where she will pack on more weight.
