I read this document it must not be new. It references pharmacists. I was under the impression they refused to be part of the process from fears of crime!

They can't keep up the proposal with the laws either. The BC Supreme court ruled recently it was legal to buy cookies/edibles but LP's won't be able to sell cookies.

Yea that pissed me off. Its like a game they are playing. Under the mmar yes, they ruled edibles are ok. So the government scraps the mmar, starts the mmpr and just has to say well that was the previous program. Now we are back at square one. Back to court. Years of wins. then what they change it again?

I've read the document and i have to ask the question
what exactly qualifies a person to be a quality assurance person?
also what constitutes as acceptable building security from what I can find its

http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hc-ps/alt_formats/hecs-sesc/pdf/pubs/precurs/dealers-distrib/phys_securit_directive/psreqs-eng.pdf

basically level 7 unless your in the middle of no where @ $10,000 per Kg
which indicates concrete reinforced walls and ceiling? which wouldn't be commonly found in commercial areas in addition to the intrusion detection and video monitoring systems and the fence around the building...... seems a bit unobtainable if you factor in the cost of construction

Im hoping on the 19th they release more details about that. They are releasing a guide and a handful of other documents/forms.
