i have beacome legal to grow 15 plants in my backyard.im wanting to know what the rules are for outdoor growing..i know i cant grow inside at the same time, and you have to be so far away from a school, but what about security?can i just grow 15 plants in my yard/.do they have to be fenced?

i heard if i have a greenhouse it is classified as indoor, what does the greenhouse have to have,a solid floor?
can anyone give some solid answers here?

I'm only speaking from what I have been told. so YMMV. A greenhouse has to have four walls and a roof, dirt floor is ok. Outdoor has to be fenced, out of sight of neighbors and monitored 24/7. *shrugs* seems to me a temp greenhouse is easier.

HC told me they figure a building that can't be easily moved would be classed as indoor, I asked him outright about a greenhouse, and that's what they told me, but it does leave alot to interpretation, especially if you had some asshole cops on your case.

indoor is indoor and anything outdoor including greenhouse is outdoor. an indoor license is for the building address so anything outside of that is outdoors.

I know for sure that this is wrong because my local dispensary is greenhouse growing legally on an indoor license. Based on what you are saying, if I grew in my shed it'd be outdoor. It just doesn't work that way.

the address on your license has a roof over it, anything under that roof is INdoor, anything not under that roof is OUTdoor. the greenhouse would have to have an address and license applied for that location's address, if the license is for the building next to it you can't apply the license to it. your shed would not be legal under your indoor license.

Unless you mean that the greenhouse and shed are OFF the property you don't make any sense. The address is for the property not the house.

address on license is for physical building and not the property if it is for indoor. outdoor would be the property around the addressed building. do you understand my point now ?

Sorry sir, but that is wrong. I applied as Indoor only, after I figured about the shitty outdoor rules. On my application I advised I would be growing in an alarmed outbuilding (Shed) On the same property, didn't mention ANYTHING about growing inside my house at the address listed, and I was granted. In fact, just renewed with the same description.

I'm glad I'm not crazy. I went through the mmar guidelines like three times yesterday trying to figure out where it lists outbuildings as outdoor. It simply does not. A framed building on your propetry counts as indoors period.
