MJ's light cycles?

Hello, I have yet another question, after going to 12/12, if you say....dont have a timer and fall asleep or forget to turn on/off for a few periods of an hour up to 2.5 hours. this will obviously have negative effects on the plant, however will I still be able to complete the flowering cycle and harvest? Also is it possible to take a cutting off of one of my plants now while in the "flowering" cycle? its been exactly 8 days.

Ya have to get a timer. PERIOD!
Ya can take clones now. If ya wait too long into flowering then it gets harder to do.
