Mixing lights

Lets say I leave a plant outside and that plant gets 12 hours of strong,actual sunlight.

Then I bring that inside and put 2 23 watt cfl's on for 6-8 hours. so total light is 18-20… will that plant start to flower or stay in veg?

Veg.. Playin with fire tho... Easy way to bring pests in ya feel me?

it will stay in veg, if you are going to flower her outside, it works good as the plant will be able to handle the sun. If flowering indoors, I agree with Cherrypie about bring pest in. Should just veg inside too.
