Mites in worm castings

discoverd these little bugs in my bag of worm castings,can anyone tell me how to get rid of them, or will they do damage to my grow , cheers j

I've never seen that before, I'd return the bag and raise hell.

Just a private buy , I’ve used neem oil on them seems to be working
