Mite question!!!

Is it possible that I don't have spider mites but yet some type of predatory mite instead? I thought I was dealing with a spider mite problem but I just got a bad ass digital microscope that hooks to my phone well while checking out a bud that was just harvested I noticed a dark orange redish Mite crawling while I was looking at trics! Spider mites are clear to yellowish right? It seems to look exactly like the predatory mites I planned to order soon!
I have never had any spider webs on any of my buds but I did have the tell tale signs of the leaves spotted and the small white egg cocoons under the leafs!
This has me thinking is it possible that bc I had spider mites that other predatory mites somehow found their way into my grow room just like the spider mites did? Or did I just happen to find an off colored spider mite?

Not necessarily, mites are a couple of colors and there's a few species too, maybe put up a picture of the damage or the mites if you can zoom in with your bad assed new telescopy thing

.. by the way Dark Orange is one of their colors, you really should Google 'MMJ mites pics' on YouTube or somewhere and take a look at the pictures, also spend some time reading at ilgm. Com or growweedeasy.com for best results, good luck!

Edit: Did it look kinda like this Jimmy?

Yes it did look very similar to that! And I tried to find it again with no luck he was the only one I could find and disappeared fast! And I have older pics of the damage but most has been cut off and a lot of new good looking growth has happened so damage would be hard to show you bc I kinda have a handle on this! At least for veg all flowering plants have been harvested a tad early bc I couldnt really do anything with the mites that late in flower! But I think your right their just spider mites makes since! I still need to order my predatory mites their just expensive! If I find any more I will get some pics if their asses!

Whirligig mites are red-orange, and a cosmopolitan generalist predator mite.
However, if there's beneficial whirligigs on your plant, then they came to eat something.
