Mite Issue?

i noticed on one of my plants at the base of the fan leaves and other smaller leaves a bunch of TINY white balls, and what looks like a tiny tiny web starting, its only on my bubba kush plant and none of my other 12 seem affected, yet. anyone know what they can be? are these regualr mites? or spider mites? and i got the bubba kush clone from a dispensary, so i know its not a household mite issue, cuz the guy said he has the same issue...

a few quick notes that may/may not help with the issue.

i use 2 1000 watt hps/mh lights..im currently vegging at 16 on/8 off, the plant in question is a clone and roughly 2.5/3 feet tall.
the temp is around 84 degrees at all times at worst, and humidity is around 10-25%.

so does anyone know what i have? and is there an ORGANIC way to treat this? i heard NEEM OIL helps alot, but is this safe for a plant ill be smoking and sharing?

Try to get that temp down and humidity up a bit if you can.

Neem oil is perfectly safe. Azatrol/azamax is food safe as well and will give you a much higher level of protection. You'll need to spray a lot if you want to get rid of them. One spray with anything won't cut it. Rosemary oil is pretty sweet too, but expensive. Basically all you can do is hit them with a bunch of oils so the mites can't breath, then get them again when their eggs hatch.

When you do spray make sure to spray the undersides of every leaf, even the stems to be safe. You've got to hit every part of the plant. And then you've got to go back and do it again when the eggs hatch. Do this now while they are still vegging. It's always better to deal with this problem now. You don't want to be battling the borg when you're deep into flowering. That's a losing fight.

It might help but it would not eliminate the problem. Try a three prong attack with Azamax/Mighty Wash/Docktor Doom Bug Bombs. I needed all three to totally get rid of my issues.

Hell yeah, try it out. Let us know how it works. Still remember, there is no such thing as a magic spidermite cure, so expect to do more than one application.

Also something that I've found to be very helpful is a mini usb microscope. Toys R Us sells one for $20. The day after you spray, go pick a few of the most infected leaves off and see if any of the bugs are still alive. A microscope is the only way you can really know for sure if the bugs are all dead or you need to spray again.

The microscope is also very useful at harvest time. You put one of your nugs under it and can see tric development. Then you can do more precise harvesting. Anyone who grows indoor should have one of these. It's way worth the $20.

Check it out.
