They have a new product out. I'm trying it. They call it their all natural mix. Supposed to be 100% organic. Got a small pac. No additives. Appears all natural. Some small bark pieces. Good drainage. Clones are doing well in it. Seems to be a good choice. Maybe Miracle Grow got enough feedback that they decided before they lost too many customers they better come out with a product that isn't so laced with crap. I think they might have suceeded.

Miracle Grow is fine to use....just don't make the mistake and add fertilizer to the soil thinking the plant needs it. You will burn the plant with too much nutrients. Like a big dummy....I did that once in the past! You live and you learn....it will never happen again. Only neutral soil and I add the nutes and needed. Grow Strong!

Miracle grow sucks!!!!!!!!!!!
It will look great, produce big stinky buds with no flavor, and will be harsh and turn to charcoal in you bong, very unhealthy for you and anyone you smoke it with!
Its like going to a super market looking for tomatoes; you see these big red shiny perfect commercial tomatoes, then you see these imperfect looking maybe misshapen heirloom organic tomatoes, so one visually chooses the perfect commercial tomatoe, take it home, cut a slice and find out its dry and tasteless! Mean while the inside of the imperfect heirloom organic tomatoe is juicy and super flavorfull!!

The Miracle Grow That comes in a block and you add water to expand it ,
For me is good , it resembles Coco a lot and is very airy,
The nutes added are fine for vegative growth and gets used up before bloom anyway,
Ppl knock MG because they want to repeat what they read or heard but have not actually tried it,
They jump on the bandwagon ,
To many scientists on here ,
Good soil, good light , fresh air , clean water , it's a weed after all,
Good luck :joint:

I have use miracle grow in a pinch and when I went into flower I thought I should add nutes... I burned the shit outta the plants so be careful, almost all the leaves were burned and crisp... I finished them but the final product was less than average... some of the MG has time release nutes...

Sorry i must disagree.
I have used miracle grow before as well as peters professional.
They suck! Your product will NEVER burn clean. No matter how much you flush.

Used it on almost every grow, and it will do fine. Realize it is a time release soil, a very strong one at that, so add very little, if any ferts. Most of the guys that slam MG are the guys that have alot of time and money to get there stuff on line. Figure out what level of grow you want. If you want to customize your grow with high $$ ferts, & dirt and take care of them on a DB than ditch the MG and go that rout. You will get some bangin bud. If you want the dirt to do most of the Grow, go with MG. I love it because im on a very slim budget, its always available so no shipping BS, and it grows tight buds. If you dont have a giant green thumb, or a giant green thumb budget, go with it.

just took these today , they re la confidential clones in miracle grow soil 6 month feed and miracle grow nuted perlite cause it was all cheap , oh and i feed with dyna gro every other day ,today is day 36 and fed yesterday with 6 ml dynagro liquid bloom and 2 ml dynagro foliage pro. Yes you can use miracle grow soil , but since beginning this grow i have decided that while it works i'm sure that there is better and next time i will try something else. Soil i mean , i will continue to use dynagro as it kicks arse and you get all your nutes without a million bottles.View attachment 2076980View attachment 2076981View attachment 2076985DSC02991.jpg

yes it does work, but personally i dont like it for pot. other plants are great, but one important thing that many people overdo nutrients and miracle grow is way too hot. it has too much time released bullshit in it. even after a good flush, it's still hard to remove all the nutes from miracle grow soil. i use half fox farm, half any good quality pro mix. add a bit of domolite lime to help balance the soil ph. sometimes i add other supplements as well like geohumus. another thing about flavor is you dont notice it nearly as much when you smoke compared to vaping. most ppl i know switched to vaping being legit medical users, so proper tasting product is almost a must.

miracle grow does work great, i've used it years ago during prohibition in outdoor grows without much problems but it always seemed to have a bit of a chemical taste, even when going light on nutrients and doing a thourough flush.

on a side note though, im getting fed up with fox farm and some other soil brands. them fuckers keep giving me fungus gnats. got them under control for the most part but they dont seem to disappear. i really wish these soil companies would start steaming their soil. i know steaming removes some beneficial bacterias but fuck it, just add beneficial bacteria after steaming.

it may be a bit "hot" for seedlings and young clones with little root and foliage growth , but once acclimated to the soil i found i was stricken with defeciencies rather than too much , as soon as i started using dynagro foliage pro which has macro and micro nutes my plants shot to life with more vigor than i had ever seen using fox farm or botanicaire products in the past.

I use Tomato mirracle grow all during veg. Like any synthetic nutes you should flush when budding starts. Most of the converted sugars are stored in the fan leaves so I get a kick out of people that trim all the fans for whatever reason. The plant mostly uses potassium durring bud anyways so its a good time to boost it. I use dried banana peels, a little bit of molasses and black tea. You can buy potassium pellets at your local nursery.
