Im grown HBD and i have used seed starting soil then transplanted dem into compost, do i need to use nutrients

First off, Miracle Gro isn't very good stuff and should be avoided when possible. "Compost" is a very general term because it can be made up of just about anything. What extra nutrients you need depends on what's in the compost. You should probably wait and see if they show signs of any deficiencies.
