That stuff has a lil bit of perlite, you should add more.. but that has enough food in it to feed a plant for awhile.. I've used it outdoors in holes and didn't need to feed for 6 or 7 weeks.. depending on the strain and size of your pot...you should be able to just use tap water for at least 5 weeks probably more.
