im using a miracle grow that came in a fucking heavy bag, feeds plants up to 3 months it says. i wait two months and give em some week fish fert. they look fucking amazing, i used some cheap shit soil on one of my other mother budahs and its lower leaves are just wilting away. i stay away from the cheap soil now. ive gotten splinters from using miricle grow and they hurt lol.

People always hate on MG on here. I'm sure its a quality product. But working at a garden center I would say there are better soils for the price out there. Its just plain expensive. Check out subcools soil thread.

i use mg organic choice, and it works pretty good. i read a post on another forum, where a guy had 6 plants in organic mg, and six in organic foxfarm, and they both worked the same. he did however have a problem with fungus nats in the mg.

I've used that miracle grow organic choice soil as well. It worked out well for me. It's really fluffy, so I mixed it was some perlite and some cheap unfertilized potting soil, that I also got at Wal-Mart, and got a pretty good mix.

As far as benefits, it's pretty cheap. For about $25 you can get 20L of soil, some bone, blood meal, and some epsom salts. Thats about what shipping would run me to get some Fox Farm from E-Bay.

it will support about 2 months of decent growth then you need add your own,i start with molasses from beggining to end and start adding basic nutrients at about a month and a half so i have no problems:weed:molasses provides 1-1-1 i think idk i cant remeber but i know it has a rating and helps alot in the beggining, ive also heard molasses and liquid seaweed combined are good to use for the first month and through out the grow also:joint:

i used mg organic choice and had great results did end up with the gnats but i layered an inch of sand on top and got rid of them in a about a day. as for nutes its all up to your requirements i used tecnafloras recipie for success kit although its not organic all i did was follow the chart to the t flushed a little earlier and i grew some of the best tasting bud. It has a sweet flavor with chocolate overtones very smooth. good luck

I like age old nutrients,i started using it in 2007 after i switched from foxfarms,i saw fdd's results tried it and have been using it since then,it does not grow any faster then others i have tried but they seem to get more bushy and lucious growth, but thats me:weed:
You use about 2 tablesppons per dose for soil,so if you buy the grow and bloom by quarts then you can get both for around 25$ and they will last for one grow season easy maybe even leftovers, the grow is 12-6-6 and the bloom 5-10-5,they also make kelp extract but ive yet to try it maybe this season i will.

Miracle grow will work ill give it that...but theres a reason why some of the guys say theyve used it before...because it is not the best at all when your talking nutes for cannabis...spend a little cash man and grow efficiently not second rate
