mint leaves mixed in a joint?

well i live in apartments. and about once every 2 months somebody quietly leaves plants at my door that needs to be transplanted or fed or are just dying and need tlc and i got two last night. one is fine i transplanted it. the other is a 8 inch by 2 foot flowerbed that you hang off a rail. the plant that was growing was mint. it has the info with it and it is mint. but if i were to take a leaf and let it dry up and grind it and mix a lil bit in a joint for taste is there anything i have to worry about?

My friend actually did this once. What he did was take some mint leaves and dried em out and then proceeded to grind them up in his grinder into a powder. After that he just shook the shit out of his grinder with it in there, Then he dumped it out in the garbage and then just grinded up his buds afterwards and it left the weed with a minty tinge. we did bong tokes instead of a joint but you could definintly taste it.


But as for smokin the actual leaves im not too sure how well that will work out haha.

yeah i was gonna put a small amount into my grinder with the smoke and grind it all. i think i will give it a try and see if it enhances the taste of this garbage im smoking

Catnip is a good one. It kinda has a minty sort of menthol flavor.

Good Catnip Bud should be fragrant, and loaded with trichomes.... kinda like this.. OK.. the trichomes are smaller, but they are there.



Catnip from Whole Foods and other health food grocery's is weak ass pathetic leaves & stems dirt schwag. Sometimes pet stores have decent mids.. just make sure it has a good smell.

I have friends that would sprinkle just a little nutmeg in their bowls to add to the flavor. It was decent but I prefer the taste of straight dank buds.

lol on second thought that was really funny lol. you should tape the process would be sick to watch

its not really a process though. i just walk out the front door and i find plants at the door. ive gotten 4 of them so far. someone sees the plants from my porch and leave them. usually they are all needed to be transplanted into bigger pots and they are ready to go. but yea who ever been dropping them off gave me a mint plant and i actually let one dry out for the most part and i put some mexican dirt in the grinder and grinded it all up and pulled the mint leave that was still in tact out of the grinder and smoke it and it worked pretty well

Actually, you should grind the leaves and buds together and mix it well and then smoke up, but it will be strong as a fuckadoodle doo

If ya have fresh mint just drop a couple/small bunch/shitload of leaves in your stash. W/ reasonable care you can take them out w/o breaking a few days later. You'll get a fair mint taste. Peace Jack

Do you put the mint plants under a hps?


it should be good.

I'd dry it before you smoke it. NOTE that mint leaves have a lot of moisture so take longer to dry than bud. Could take like a week or two for them to be totally dry depending on your humidity levels.

I'd toss a bunch of dry grindings in a jar and burp them like you do mj and it should burn well



If you put a lot of wet leaves in a joint it might not burn well as some spots take longer to burn to ash fyi

well my first try i took a fresh leaf and put it in my grinder with a small amount of bud and grinded it a couple twists then i took the mint leaf out and grinded up the rest. it was harsh
