Minimum hours for Veg

I know it can be strain/plant specific, but whats the Least amount of hours you can give the plants to veg, and not flower.

I figure 14 hours is about the minimum.

16 hours is the minimum I would go. At 14 hours you'll find that some strains will start flowering.

Mine are in 24/7. My long kept strains always show sex in veg under 24/7, and less light shows more sex here.

If set outside in early/mid April, do you think they( Clones ) will flower if on a 16 our light cycle, and then put outside?

April 15th where I am has 13 hours x 12 minutes Sunrise/Sunset.

14 H:51M are the longest days

yeah, i agree, a lot of strains will start to flower under 16. may take them a little while, but it'll trigger reveg if you let them get started well enough then change the cycle

i would go 18/6.. personally that’s the best veg schedule to me

If your longest days are only 14h 51m then you probably want some supplemental lighting on for an hour or 2. Almost any light should keep them from flowering.

18/6 always been the best outcome for me 100%, I believe they still need to sleep in veg! Always had good results. Saves 6 hours electricity aswell!

All my strains started to flowered at 16 hours, wouldn't recommended it (might work for sexing regulars though)

24/7 is all I do for veg. I run them like cheap labor lol
