I'v got 25 femenized seeds from greenhouse started and am using bottled water.A buddy of mine(years of experience) told me the sodium content is to high.He asked me if some of the leafs were twisting and they are.He thinks it's from the sodium.Should I switch to distilled water.Or tap water(hard water) which would probably be high in calcium.

What do some of you guys think?

I've never had problems with using my own tap water, after I let it sit out with a bubbler for 24 hours. Can't go wrong with distilled, if you're already paying extra for water.

Depends on your tap water. However, it is always safe to go with distilled water. Rainwater works well too, usually.
