We the country, as I'm all of us who contribute to the country and are a part of it.

I'm absolutely NOT advocating for special tax breaks for the rich- quite the opposite. Try to keep up.
i was suggesting that you were snidely lumping in the dems with republicans in an attempt to show yourself as the bastion of the only "twue way forward"...

And, why should millionaires get all the access? There's 90 of the rest of us for every one of them, when do we get heard? How do you think that's fair?
arent you perfectly within your right to contact your senator or congressman?

obviously you think the millionaire in OP has better "quality time" with with senators please show evidence of policies he's helped shape??

thought i'd come back to this as it should be glaring obvious

100 senators

320 million citizens

averages out to 3.2 million citizens per senator

lets assume a 5 minute chat per citizen (i know i know how could you possibly talk policy properly in 5 mins)

that is 16 million minutes of chatting each senator needs to do

/ 60 = 266666 hours

assume a 40 hour working week and no gaps inbetween citizens

6666 weeks

/52 (as in weeks of the year)

128 years to complete to complete (to be restarted every fucking 4 years)

so with all that perhaps you could maybe point out why every fucking person doesnt get to have their say?

When have I ever talked about George Soros?
is this a game where you ask me to find where you liked holocaust denial comments, denied trump was racist, and ask me to go dig up your soros conspiracy theories?

He's definitely not bought and paid for, just look at how hard Wall Street and George Soro's we fighting him...
at least you got a like from flaming pie.

@Flaming Pie , how did you enjoy election night?

Ttystikk thinks it is wrong that millionaires and billionaires influence politics to their favor/special interests and your response is "should all 300 million or so citizens have a 5 minute per month sit down and chat with their senators or congressmen?" Do you try to be this fucking idiotic or does it come naturally?
And, why should millionaires get all the access? There's 90 of the rest of us for every one of them, when do we get heard? How do you think that's fair?
you can read right??

i still havent seen that the millionaires get do "all the access"

is it illegal for you to contact your senator?

lets take the millionaire from the OP what special interests has he benefited from and who did he bribe to get them

Who the hell ever promised fairness in politics?

That almost makes me laugh. It's the filthiest business in the country. Always has been, always will be.
Ah, so corruption is okay, because 'it always has been?!'

Then don't complain when the most corrupt win!

By your logic, you should be thrilled with the current administration! After all, they just did exactly as you suggested!

Ah so you think that writing your Senator an email is the same thing as getting personal with time with him/her at their office- an appointment you got only because you threw a big check on their campaign collection plate?

You're kidding, right?

So in other words, it's fine to have to pay thousands to get any access.

Watch them try to duck and dodge questions about the rigged primary. The narrative has changed from "Impossible! How dare you question the legitimacy of the political establishment!" to "Of course it was rigged, Sanders isn't even a Democrat, if you didn't know the DNC favored Clinton from the beginning, you're just naive."...

Moving the goalposts...

People here in your camp spent more than a year denying everything we said. Now that we've been vindicated, you've switched the argument as if you knew all along. If you knew all along, why did you spend more than a year denying it?

Now nobody trusts the Democrats. They're lucky to have such an incompetent president in office in Trump, and they'll likely win in 2020 regardless of who runs based on that alone. But if an establishment Democrat wins, someone like Trump, if not worse, will arise in 2024/2028 and just restart the cycle because they won't significantly change any of the reasons that led to Trump ascending to the presidency, just like Obama didn't actually fix the issues that led to the financial collapse in 08, or NSA domestic spying, or the drone program, or campaign finance reform, or raise wages, etc.
You are such a pompous fuck. For a full year you have kept of your non-stop whining and everybody here has told you their opinions and feelings on the matter. But because you keep a non-stop barrage of yootube videos and other garbage, you somehow think we are all required to watch them, stroke our chins and engage in some sort of debate with you in order to maintain credibility?

Not likely. Get over yourself or go find a hole to sit in and cry.

Jesus, according to that clip the Walton family has more wealth than the bottom 42% of the country....and that same 42% subsidizes Walmart employees income via food stamps and other tax payer funded safety nets.

Absolutely criminal.
nope. they shifted the tax burden to the American people long ago. don't believe me? what is their effective tax rate? how much in taxes do they pay? do they EVEN pay taxes?

You'd think a so called liberal would be celebrating Virginia and NJ tonight.

Because those 2 races give some insight on 2018 & 2020. Democrats didn't stay home tonight in an off year election. They won't be staying home next year either.

But I suppose they were 'too establishment', right? No use celebrating wins by 'those' people, right?

Babies.
should we be grateful to cast a vote and it counts?

should i be grateful that my boss told me 'good news..were going to pay you for all your revenue accounts from last month'?:wall:

You do understand fundraising right?

I still haven't seen any evidence of any benefits gained by the millionaire in op even though I asked several times

Your stuck in a dumb loop of "but millionaire"

Excatly what the interview was about in the first place

Now how many times have you actually tried to get in contact with your senator?
