Mildly Concerned :/ Northern lights x Williams Wonder

Hey gang,
So for starters I'm a Cali prop 215 patient. My space is small, 3x4x6...but I've grown over a dozen crops in it with minimal issues. I'm currently growing what was sold to me at Harborside Health Center as Northern lights x Williams Wonder. I love both strains and they "take me back to the day, as they are both old school strains I grew to love" so I figured it'd be a cool cross to grow. At any rate, I'm 12 days into flower and the critters aren't showing me a sign of being in flower! I'm wondering if any of you fellow growers have had experience with said strain and if this is normal behavior? I ask because I've recently added a 2nd light and a bit more airflow as upgrades. I can't see more light and airflow as messing with the process. But that's the only thing that has changed. There is not a single light leak. Very odd, and I'd love to hear from anyone who might have an idea or experienced it before.

A bit about my setup:

3x4x6 custom cabinet with lung box on top to house exhaust fan and filter.

486 cfm fantech exhaust and 304 cfm intake along with an additional pc fan installed. I'm moving a lot of air.

2x digitech 600w ballasts w/ cooltubes connected and providing exhaust

5 plant DWC w/ 5 gal reservoir (6 buckets total) and 300 gpm recirculating pump ran 15 minutes/day, or when I add H20 and nutes.

Temp 81f and under. Lowest being mid 60's.
Humidity 51%-60%

H20 temp 68-72

Sunleaves supply 600gph air pump with fresh high end airstones

never grown william's wonder nor that cross, so i can help there. but light leaks are a common reason for delayed flowering

Usually takes a full two weeks or so after starting 12/12 before you'll start seeing mature pistils... then it takes a couple of more weeks before they really get going with a lot of pistils.

Small or young plants can take even longer to flower after switching to 12/12 if they still need to fully mature.

It's strain variable as well. But I wouldn't sweat it if you aren't seeing much going on after just twelve days under 12/12.

Thanks TaoWolf. Despite the fact that this is what I figured....it's good to hear it from another. I hit you up with some rep for that :) The plants are beautiful and have no signs of stress. Just no darn pistils yet. I grow primarily indicas, not unlike this really....and I guess I usually see more action before 12 days. Hence the mildly concerned!

How did you fit 5 plants in that space by the way? I have a 2x4x6' tent and even with just 3 weeks of veg, one plant would fill it up after the flowering stretch. 2 is pushing it for me...

Are you going from clones or seed?

first off, careful pruning. They are in there tight and I only veg 2 weeks to 1 month before flowering. Last grow was over 1lb yield :) see image. let me know what ya think! This is the actual crop I opened this thread about!

They look excellent! Very compact bushes you have there. I want to see them flower out - planning on doing a journal?

That sounds just plain yummy!!!!!!

I grew WW back in the day (early 90's) and I'm running some sort of NL for close to 2 years. Gifted seeds, not named, but pure or nearly so indica with zero smell and all 3 fingered leaves. The no smell is what's got me thinking the NL, but I've yet to see a strain with the 3 fingered deal. All the plants were like this, 2 fems and 1 male.

WW was about the stinkiest plant I've ever seen. You could smell a 8" clone from 30' away, outside.

Yep Wetdog, I think we're talkin' about the same Willy's. The original was indeed the diggidy dank. That's why I couldn't pass up buying these clones. I grew up in the midwest and it was really the first "kind bud" I experienced. I know there are a couple seed companies that put out a version. But doubt it's the og one from the SSSC. The smell, taste, and buzz were out of this world 10/10. Today, I wonder if it's just because all the other ganja that made it to the midwest was the brown frown brick weed imported from Mexico! At any rate, I can't wait to start seeing some colas on these girls. Will post a pic in this thread once it goes down :)
