Midget plant

I have 5 jack herers going right now and four of them look great (3weeks from seed) but the fifth plant is a midget. The oher 4 are at least 7 inches high but ths one is only about an inch high. New leaves are growing but tiny. Its like the gary coleman version of jack herer. Anyone ever have this happen. Is it just a bum seed?
Should i scrap it or will it get any bigger?

you do get some that just grow naturally smaller, the disadvantage of seed to cuttings. Of my 6 one has grown taller and is about 4 inch taller than most, 4 of them are about the same around 12" and then one is 5"



yours sounds a lot slower than this one grew though. If you have space let it grow and see what you get, if not probably not worth the hassle.
