Micro Ventilation system with carbon filter?

I'm pretty much finished with my little growbox, and I am germinating the seeds today. I already posted this grow on Grassity.com, so Im not going to post it all again:

Bubba Kush Rubbermaid DWC grow

Anyway, I did some searches on google for micro blowers and I found this:

After doing a few more searches I also found the Antec Cyclone CPU Blower that might work for this application.

Both of these fans do about 25cfm, and cost about the same price, but the the first one I listed is significantly louder at 57dBA and the CPU cooler is around 25dBA.

Before I ask this question, I need to state that my grow area is 4.125 cubic feet, and my goal is a ventilation system that moves the entire volume three times per minute. I need a fan that can pull or push 12.375cfm through a carbon filter.

Does anyone know if this can be done with the Antec Cyclone CPU blower?
I figure that it may lose 40% of it's strength due to the carbon filter, but even that figure will work for me.

What do you think? Will this work? What's working for others who have a micro grow spaces like mine?

Hi... Im also vegging some plants indoors and decided to buy a nice computer fan for ventilation. Computer fans can be found from 2-3 dollars up to maybe 20 for a really efficient and extra quiet one! noise in db for them can start from as los as 15db to maybe 25. But you can make it even quieter if u use it at lower than peak rpm. All of those fans are 12v so if you use a cell phone charger for a power source it will get 6volts. That will make it spin slower and make less noise!

Hope I was helpfull good luck with your grow!
