Micro grow scrog/lst

well they look like that stuff made of foam u use to line kitchen cabinet shelfs
has holes in it roots grow through holes and tips die self pruning itself
there was a nice thread here about guy using them with different experiments
let me go look for it be right back

Thanks my man ,

i just skimmed through it right quick

and it look likes all i got to do is drill holes all around it

then drill smaller holes in between those

ill look further into those vids that is on that thread tomorrow

Well my N.L is looking good so far

its just at the net , so its close to being that time to start training it through the scrog net

im a little worried that it might be a male

ONLY because of how good and fast its growing

alot better then the ones that will be outdoors , ( which all got started at the same time )

But then again it just might be a good strong healthy female ;-)

Well see when its time to flip to 12/12

Well i got a little lst going on so the light can hit the lower branches better

once the lower branches start to grow more towards the net i will take my fuzzy sticks off and start feeding them through the net

( i got these fuzzy sticks from the arts and crafts section at wal mart for $2 lol )

Got her legs spread nice and wide :-)

I cant wait to see that screen start to fill just make sure you spend most of your free time reading on scrog and trouble shooting so if something does come up you will already know what to do or have done something already to prevent the issue :-)

Man i might just be as excited about this grow as you are.

Cut up wire coat hangers in long U shapes the bigger the branch the long both ends will need to be then tie string to it and branch and stick it in the grond be careful to make sure you dont snap your branch by slowing pulling it down by hand so you can feel what your doing also you can pull the branch down further over the first week or retie and move your coat hanger. Also make sure its not to tight around stem/branch if left be the plant will grow around your tread. I use this for my garden outside and have for years just not with herb my buddy did on his outdoor last year really helped make all the buds equal in quality throughout plants. And LOTS of giant colas :-)

hahhaah This year he is going to try doing hydro under the sun should be interesting to see what happens. Get a DWC bucket and try it yourself would be kinda cool hydro and the sun :-)

i got some wire thats really flexible , and will work better then those coat hangers ( to me anyway lol )

and i got a little scrog net going around them to have something to tie them down to for lst`n

d.w.c in the sun ?

i would give it a try if my hydro game was up to par

but sadly it is not lol

Shit you could even just use logs and rocks from around your grow so thats less your walking in with stuff and less to explain.

Well i was able to get it out from underneath the scrog net and i took it outside for a few hours to get some sun and fresh air

it think its looking good , and its already putting off that wonderful smell :weed:

here is a side pic and top pic

these other ones or 3 blue mystic and in the peat pellet is royal hash

they will be joining the n.l family that is already outside

i know you can not see the last pic , but its all i got

love those stealth pots, gotta get some.i use just dark green when outside, but i still dig them into some holes, with good space for drainage at the bottom.

thats what i do ,

but this time i cut them in half and used the tops for my outdoor grow

Well i could not help myself ,

i just had to got take another pic of my baby ,

shes just growing up so quick

today might be the last day i bring her out in the sun ,

im having to really bend her over to get her out from underneath the net and i don't want to tear any of those beautiful fat green leaves she has

( Damn it would fucking just sucked if she turned out to be a male )

hell i might just keep ting her down before i let her fill the scrog net up

like after the roots full up the tub , just trim the roots up real good then just and new soil

then flip to 12/12

im not saying thats what im gonna do ( just a thought lol )

Ok let me tell you all whats going on now

i cut the hole in the bottom of my cab bigger so my tub would fit further down

my cab is actually sitting on dirt/clay in my basement

so what i did was underneath the cab where the tub hangs through

i dug out about 2 to 3 gal of the dirt/clay out and refilled it with the same soil that my plant is in

i drilled 1/2" holes in the bottom of my tub ( little drain holes was already their )

By me drilling those bigger holes in my tub and cutting the hole in the bottom of the cab bigger

allows my tub to sit further down in the cab , and also it sits flush on the soil underneath

so now instead of a chance of getting root bound ,

the roots will grow through the 1/2" holes and into to the soil that's underneath my cab

OK A LITTLE BAD NEWS ,

When i went to tie the branches back down i accidentally split the right branch at the stalk

it was not bad , but still not good

it was to small for me to try to put electrical tape around it

so what i did was take some of my rooting powder and put it in the split

i put a drop of water in the split first , then the rooting powder ,

then a little more water to thicken it up in the split ( seemed to work ) well see

but in all she is doing good and smells soooo good also lol

Im gonna attempt a side project grow in a 20oz bottle and updated it on this thread

i cut the the top off the 20oz bottle and flipped it upside down

this pic is just to give you an idea of what im going to try to do

im gonna put black electrical tape around it to block out light

and i will have have a small air stone in their also
