Michigan card in Cali?

My ? is this. I have a prescription card in my home state of Michigan but I'm working in California. Can I get meds in Cali? Am I aloud in a Despensery in Cali. Can I cary my meds on the plane if so how much? Any insight would be appreciated.

No it is not a joke. I personally know an individual that fly's frequently with his meds. He has only been stopped once. When the TSA asked about it he produced hie card and was aloud to continue on his way. That was at LAX. What I was looking for was an explanation from somebody who might have useful information. Not somebody to give me shit about my question. If you don't know please don't respond.

Wow, don't try that at the airport here in Humboldt! Entering federal airspace with pot seems to be a big deal here to the airlines, TSA and the local sheriff who is stationed at the security check-point. I wouldn't risk it....

But primary steps should follow :

- You will need to bring a valid California Identification Card - Valid California I.D. means a California Driver License or DMV issued I.D.


- If you do not have a valid CA ID at the time, you'll need to bring in proof that you live in California in the form DMV paperwork in addition to some photo identification (i.e. Passport, Green Card, out of state ID, and school ID, etc).


- It is also very helpful if you bring either medical records or documentation from your primary health care provider describing your diagnosis, although a few of medical marijuana doctors will evaluate you even if you don't.
